Flying Out of Dublin Just Became A LOT Less Stressful

We’re a nation that shows up to the airport 7 hours early with enough time to do laps of Terminal 1, try on three duty-free perfumes, and check the departures board 19 times “just in case.” Add in a Hyrox hoodie and a fanny pack the size of a 6th year’s pencil case, and you’re good to go.

But credit where it’s due—Dublin Airport’s new app might actually make the travel experience smoother than a Diamondback BMX on a culchie back road.

Available now on the App Store and Google Play, the app gives you live flight updates, security queue times, gate numbers, interactive maps, baggage info, and the option to book fast track, parking, lounges and even Platinum Services.

In fairness, Dublin Airport isn’t bad—but this app might finally give us the stress-free stroll we’ve always dreamed of… straight to Butlers for a caramel square, or the Guinness bar for a slightly underwhelming pint considering it’s literally named after the drink.

Download it. If you’re going to check your gate 14 times, you might as well do it in style.
