The Liberties Named One of the Coolest Areas in the World

As of today, Dublin’s Liberties has been crowned one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world for 2025 by Time Out, which is gas when you think this is the same spot your granny once picked up a dodgy carpet and a punnet of grapes back in the day.

The Liberties has always thrived on contradictions: cobbled laneways and church bells on one side, craft beer and oat lattes on the other.

But what really makes it shine is the community, hands down one of the best in Dublin. You will find it in the pubs like The Liberty Belle and The Lark Inn, or over in Fusco’s where you will get the best breakfast or fish and chips. Thoroughly deserved recognition for a neighbourhood with both soul and history.
